Deep Tissue/Trigger Point Massage Techniques (30 CEUs)

Prerequisite: Basic conceptual background in Swedish Massage & Anatomy required.

This class is for therapists who are interested in the clinical applications of massage therapy with a goal-oriented approach to alleviating pain and discomfort in their clients.

This course will cover Deep Tissue Theory & Practice in an overview that will give you the tools to provide relief for your clients’ muscular complaints. We will focus on the neck, back & hip stabilizers. However, the principles, once understood, apply to the entire body.

Each class will include a brief review of the indicated anatomical structures along with palpation & hands-on practice.
