Classes held ON-LINE, and in Classroom at Sacramento, California Campus California Institute's Life Coach Program offers the student the flexibility to choose from a wide variety of career directions. Some of our graduates enter private practice, while others find employment in the corporate world. Enjoy an incredibly uplifting career. . . In as little as 6 months you will be coaching business professionals and other individuals to help them reach their highest potential. You will learn how to help people increase their own personal power, build self-esteem, erase lifelong fears, maintain an inner calm in any situation, and improve their relationships. The healing powers of the techniques you will learn in this program meet the high standards of the State of California and are best learned in a classroom where you can interact face-to-face with your instructors and fellow classmates. Life-changing skills you will gain from this program We all face a lot of challenges in life. As a Life Coach you will help people get past their challenges and lead happy, balanced lives. Upon completion of this program, your coaching skills will help people: Remove the blocks that keep them from what they desire. Effect positive change in their lives. Rid their lives of negative energy. Use intuition to guide them through difficult decisions and life events. Intensify their desire for success and reach for their dreams. Apply knowledge of human behavior to gain the support of others. Break habits they have tried to change for years. Rely on alternative healing techniques to maintain a strong mind, body and spirit. Life Coach 300-Hour Program starts every five weeks, classes are held on Saturday. This program lasts 24 weeks. This course has been designed to prepare students for employment as a Life Coach in a healthcare setting or to enter private practice. The overall objective of this course is to provide an integrated approach to life coaching and business environment in the field of mind/body empowerment. This is accomplished through learning behavioral therapy modalities and technique utilization during class. This course has an emphasis on the mind/body/spirit/emotion connection as it relates to behavioral studies. This course utilizes lectures, demonstrations, techniques, and emphasizes professionalism with practicum. The object of this course is to: Understand alternative/behavioral health and practices. Understand and apply effective coaching modalities. Understand mind-body science. Effectively employ principles of self-healing techniques. Effectively employ principles of behavioral therapy. Understand and use healing energy. Understand and apply professional ethics in their practice as a Life Coach. Apply the knowledge presented to create a successful practice. COURSE OUTLINE This training program is divided into independent modules. In this course, students complete six out of the ten modules in sequence.

Students learn through lectures, demonstrations, practice and directly experience the most valuable aspects of many alternative approaches to healing.

This class utilizes a "hands-on" approach. Students pair into groups to utilize the tools and techniques just introduced during class. Refinement is done during the instructors rounds of critique, and later discussed as an entire class. This has proven to be very successful for accelerated learning, and the students enjoy the process.

Upon successful completion of this course, a Diploma is awarded as a Life and Business Coach.

Graduates work in a corporate setting, with human resource departments, employee assistance programs, and or establish a private practice.
