Registration & Enrollment Process - FAQ

 

Below is the list of current and available Programs offered at California Institute of the Healing Arts & Sciences. Please inquire with your school counselor with any questions you have. We are here to help make this process as easy as possible soy you can start your amazing journey!

 

Certified Clinical Hypnotherapy Program 

Total tuition is $4,042

Includes $100 non-refundable registration fee, STRF, and all books and materials needed for this program.

Approximately 4 months

 

Certified Life Coach Program 

Total tuition is $6,551.50 

Includes $100 non-refundable registration fee, STRF, and all books and materials needed for this program.

Approximately 6 months

 

Certified Behavioral Therapist Program 

Total tuition is $8,525

Includes $100 non-refundable registration fee, STRF, and all books and materials needed for this program.

Approximately 8 months

 

Holistic Health Practitioner Program 

Total tuition is $12,975

Includes $100 non-refundable registration fee, STRF, and all books and materials needed for this program.

Approximately 11 months

 

Tuition is due upon registration or an established payment agreement prior to starting class.

Pay In Full

Pay your tuition in full and receive a 5% discount! We work with Square invoice so you can easily pay online or if you would rather make your payment by mail, please make check or money order payable to:

Payment Plan 

For students who need financial assistance, we offer a payment plan through the school. Using a financial partner, TFC Financial. 

*Before your payment plan is set up, you will need to secure your position with a downpayment.*

 

Downpayment 

We use Square invoicing to collect your downpayment online. You can pay by credit card, debit card or ACH. If you would rather pay your downpayment by mail, please make check or money order payable to:

Setting Up Monthly Payment Plan

Once your downpayment is received you will receive your TFC paperwork sent from TFC Financial via email. That email contains your payment contract and important information. Please review and e-sign (electronic signature) as soon as possible to keep the process moving forward.

 

Payment plans include a complete contract with Truth In Lending and your own Student Dashboard to access payment information such as; payment dates, payment amount, set up auto pay, payoff balance and more.

 

We do not charge a finance fee however, we do charge $10 per month or the life of the loan with us. An example: 6 month payment plan would add $60 to the balance of your loan. There are no pre payment penalties to pay off your balance early. We work with you on low payments if needed, our minimum payment is $360 per month with $360 downpayment due before the start of your first class. We encourage you to pay off your balance before you graduate so that you can receive your Diploma and Certificates upon graduation. You will not receive these until your balance is paid in full. 

 

Late Payment Policy

If you get behind, you will be charged a late fee from TFC Financial. If you are more than 30 days behind, you will not be able to attend class until your payments are current.

Tuition 3rd Party Voucher (Step 2B)

 

 

We accept many types of 3rd party payment vouchers such as: WIOA, EDD, SJDB, VA, WORKMANS COMP, REHAB. If you would like more information or have 3rd party funding you would like to get approved, please reach out to (916) 484-1700.

 

Once your 3rd Party Voucher is accepted and approved, we will work with you to determine if you have a balance left over. You can decide to make a make in full for the remaining balance (if any) or set up a monthly payment plan through the school. Please refer to “Setting Up a Monthly Payment Plan" for more information. 

 

In some cases, we offer a grant through the school for smaller balances after a 3rd party voucher has been applied. If you would like to know more, please contact us info@californiainstitute.net
